It is really a cashmere blend. It is more wool than cashmere but the title says just cashmere. You have to read the materials.

Very poor customer service. I personally don't think it was worth trying to deal with this company. I ordered the cashmere scarf in the Claret color, which looked nothing like the photo upon arrival. The color was magenta, not burgundy. Return shipping isn't covered and when I initiated an exchange for a beige scarf the new item never arrived. The company was very slow to respond to emails throughout the whole process. I ended up finally getting a refund but they still charged me for shipping. So I paid for shipping twice and never ended up with a scarf. For such a simple scarf I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

This cashmere is the softest I’ve experienced, it’s wonderful! I’d love a black one (with a dark grey accent strip, not white like you have) and another light neutral, like cream, with a taupe strip accent.
Lovely, I’m wearing mine almost daily! Another color would be dark brown/cocoa, or navy blue.
